TEC Grout Boost Additive - 70 oz Bottle

TEC Grout Boost® is a stain-resistant grout additive from TEC Specialty Products. Use it in place of water when you mix cement-based grout. Because the stain resistance is mixed into the grout itself, it resists common water- and oil-based household stains without a separate grout sealer.

How to use

• Mix Grout Boost with your cement-based grout instead of water, following the grout manufacturer's instructions.
• Coverage follows your grout manufacturer's published rates. Grout Boost generally won't change them.
• Wait 10 days after installation before the grout gets wet from mopping, showers, or rain.
• If the tile or stone needs sealing, seal it before you grout. Test a small area first on natural stone, marble, or other delicate tile.
• Don't use it with liquid, ready-to-use, or epoxy grouts, or with grouts that already claim stain resistance. Don't combine it with other grout additives.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture, unopened. Once opened, keep any unused product in a sealed container and use it within 6 months.
